Watch out for these scammers! My partner put a $500 deposit on a vehicle a few weeks ago, but found another vehicle he liked better. It’s been weeks of promising a return on the deposit “right away” and that they’ll just “etransfer the deposit back”, but it’s been crickets. Will be reporting this dealership to OMVIC, as this seems to be a recurring issue with them based on reviews. I highly recommend anyone else with issues do the same.

I spoke to a sales rep, informing them that my family would be driving ~1hr in order to test drive 2 vehicles (luxury SUVs). They confirmed stock: 1 had just sold, but they had an alternative, the other was available; we were good to go. On arrival, only 1 of the 2 cars was there: the "alternative" to the recently sold.
