I have an older car.. my bumper was falling off after it came out of the washer. They blamed the car. The bumper never had done this before. I asked for the manager. He told me it wasn't their fault. I should have told them..it had damage. I explained..it didn't till it came out of their washer. I took pictures. You could see where their machine left a scratch from pushing down.
I see a lot of bad reviews and I've never had an issue with them. I even asked them to do the tire Wells and they do a really good job. I recommend it.
