Jackson was amazing and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and willing to describe his fix. Her services will be requested whenever we need plumbing. I will absolutely recommend this contractor and encourage folks to seek for him because I have never had a better contractor experience!

I had a meeting with San Pedro Plumbing and Tech Oscar They both answered all of my inquiries and provided a detailed explanation of the circumstances and the work that needed to be done. They scheduled everything else quickly, only charged for the work that could be finished today, and were open about pricing. Compared to other organizations I have worked with in the past, this one has so far offered significantly better service and more affordable estimates. Jackson, the assessment specialist, was excellent; he was timely, amiable, and quite thorough in explaining our alternatives to us when our basement flooded. Despite the fact that I had alternative possibilities, they offered a follow-up callback. He received the estimate after that. He won me over with his professionalism and caring demeanor, and he completed the task. Prompt, comprehensive, and assisted me in rearranging a few things.
