Absolutely terrible customer service, especially from Michelle. Incredibly rude. My sincerest condolences to whomever has to deal with her
SCAMMERS!! Do not trust them! They will use misleading words to try and get you to comply. They are not a legal entity, they don't have the right to do half the things they do, stay away and don't let them talk another word without the presence of a police officer or a lawyer! They tried stealing my car, claiming that they had a warrant and used scare tactics to try and get the keys. My lawyer lost it on them, and they were a nervous wreck.
