Worst place ever, I called to make an appointment with Dr. Lau after being in the emergency room for a severe sinus infection per the emergency rooms doctors recommendation based on my CT Scan results. I call my insurance got a list of ENT's that are in my plan. I called the number listed for Dr. Lau and they had no appts immediately I had to wait a week in pain from the severity of this infection. The positive reviews have to be fake. This has to be the worst Dr I have ever seen. I don’t usually bother giving reviews to bad doctors. But this one I had to, hope this helps anyone in the future.

I saw Dr .Lau for the first time today April . 2, 2025 . I had a very pleasant and positive experience from the phone call to walking in and signing necessary paperwork . I greatly appreciated a same day appointment. While other Otolaryngology scheduled appointments a month away . Dr . Lau is an exceptional physician and I couldn’t be happier for the care that I received. I intend for Dr.Lau to be my Otolaryngology going forward . I would highly recommend Dr. Lau .

Very abrupt and judgemental and ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD WITH CHILDREN. Instead of explaining what he was going to do he just came at my frightened 9 year old and when he protested he told him..."you're going to have a rough life with this behavior." If negative stars was allowed that is what I would give. Awful experience. Rushed visit. He said there was nothing in his ears when he has a history of wax build up affecting his hearing. Don't trust him, incompetent, rude, disgraceful so called doctor. He should be ashamed!!!

Dr. Ontario had a positive and funny personality for the whole visit. Explained to me the issue and properly conveyed the next steps were. I cannot say that the staff at Crystal Run Healthcare hold the same fun and positive vibes. The front counter people seem to be lifeless as was the person who checked me into Dr. Ontario's patient room. Being that this review is for Dr. Ontario and not the staff at this building, I give him 5 stars. As for the staff assisting the building, 3 Stars as they at least did their end of the job... read more
