I came in today to have the air conditioning for my Subaru Crosstrek diagnosed, and I had a great experience. Unfortunately, the issue turned out to be electrical and wasn’t something they were able to repair, but they were honest and upfront with me about what they found instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary work. Went in to get my window regulator replaced because it was not rolling up. Jesus worked on it for a bit but couldn’t get it to work with the new regulator said it’s something with the main button that I need to get it replaced. I had just got my converter stolen and had to pay a lot of money for a replacement I couldn’t afford another replacement for this other problem the main concern for me was to just get my window up for now.
