The 5 star reviews are probably from the employees because with the experiences I've had with these people were the worst. Your employee Jacob has to be the worst person working for a GOVERNMENT facility I've ever encountered. The DMV has better customer service. Jacob has the worst attitude, it is very obvious that he hates his job and does not WANT to help the people he is supposed to serve.
