I went in for an ultrasound on May 13, 2025, and returned again on May 23, 2025. The technician I had on both visits— not sure what her name was but she was maybe a European woman—had a very cold and unpleasant demeanor. I understand that ultrasound technicians need to focus on capturing images and may not be able to share much during the appointment as this is the duties of a doctor, but there should still be a basic level of warmth and sensitivity, especially with pregnant patients. Its crowded but we'll managed. The staff/ receptionist are professionally behaved. No complaints. I got the appointment and was in &out in 15 minutes.
I had such a great experience at this ultrasound clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. My technician, Pashmina, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
