Been here a few times but, today was slightly different. Rubina (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) took amazing care of me at my appointment. I was nervous as always but, her approach was so gentle and she helped me to feel as comfortable as possible.
The girl at reception was very rude she doesn’t want to work also the technician is same rude and boring…
Called this location and the gentleman who answered the phone needs some telephone manners. Very rude
Humaira was so humble and friendly which made my ultra sound process so comfortable.
I would not recommend anyone here! The receptionist is very rude. I was pregnant and late for my appointment by 7 min. she herself came at desk 5 min late, spoke rudely about being late and then said she gave my slot to someone else and I would have to wait for "I don't know 1 hour or more time". I know getting late was my mistake, but pregnancy situation could have been taken into consideration.tonality of handling patient is bad.maybe she was having a bad day and she surely transferred one to me by bringing it to her work.... read more
