Humaira was so humble and friendly which made my ultra sound process so comfortable.
I would not recommend anyone here! The receptionist is very rude. I was pregnant and late for my appointment by 7 min. she herself came at desk 5 min late, spoke rudely about being late and then said she gave my slot to someone else and I would have to wait for "I don't know 1 hour or more time". I know getting late was my mistake, but pregnancy situation could have been taken into consideration.tonality of handling patient is bad.maybe she was having a bad day and she surely transferred one to me by bringing it to her work.... read more
Worst place to go, I went there for X-ray and ultrasound they made me wait there for 4 hours and told me I have to book for ultrasound some other day and The reception girl is the worse so many people after me they got there X-ray and ultrasound done and left she made wait there for four hours just for X-ray
I had such a good experience at this clinic. The girl at front desk jahnvi was very kind and helpful. I forgot my requisition and she was kind enough to call the doctors office and have them resend it. Great experience I would recommend this clinic to everyone!
I contacted the imaging center via WhatsApp Nina replied promptly on WhatsApp and was very professional throughout.. ! She made the whole process so easy, and I was able to book my appointment without any hassle, Excellent service !
