I had a reveal cake for my son and daugther in laws party 2 months ago and it was perfect. The service was great, the cake was really good and I was very pleased. I am going back to have the baby shower cake and cupcakes made there this month.
Horrible customer service low key racist. My fiance and I(black couple) walked in and took a seat as male worker(kyle) was on the phone an female worker(edna) was with customer. I guess Black customer don't deserve good service. Neither acknowldged us or said hi or we'll be right with u. A few mins later a elderly white woman and two hispanic women enter, the two ladies sit as well. Couldn't ask for better... I have used Ontario Bakery every year of each of my 4 children for the last 18 years. They are the best and the prices are easy on the pocketbook ^_^. They have created some of the most special cakes for my family. We will always be greatful!

Ontario Bakery is outstanding!! I have had 3 cakes done by them in the past year because they do such a great job in a timely-fashion. My son had a Thomas the Train birthday cake made by Ontario Bakery. I found an idea online and took it to the bakery, sat down with the young lady and designed the cake. It came out so well, my 3 year old could not stop looking at it. I always get the marble cake and cream cheese filling and everyone is amazed out how moist and delicious their cakes taste. Try for yourself.
Ontario Bakery is the "Best" of the "Best" I ordered a Bridal Shower cake from Ontario. I took in the flowers & ribbon to decorate with and it was decorated by "Oscar" and it was absolutely magnificent. I could not have been more pleased. My wedding cake years ago was not that elegant. Ontario Bakery is Awesome I use this bakery for many special occasions but the one I remember the best is a three tier white cake with raspberry filling for my 25th wedding anniversary. I even remember when Trader Joe's carried their cheesecakes for a while but Ontario Bakery could not keep up with the demand.

Beautiful cakes... and more... The Ontario Bakery makes such beautiful cakes and they also have sheet cakes on hand all the time for last minute special occasions- I've used them several times for this alone! They also have a large selection of different cookies, pastries, muffins, and such. It's great to just stop by and pick up some sweets! Loved them while I was pregnant especially!
