My experience was very negative with the service department took my car in for a service engine soon light was there for an hour and a half and I finally had to go find out what was taking so long and was told they never brought them the keys and I was charged 189 dollars to have a code read done on it and told me it was for an hour labor I'm not sure how stupid they think I am but I had the same thing done at auto zone for FREEand it took maybe 5 minutes to do I told them what the code was and they told me the exact same th... read more

Went in looking for information about cars and price comparisons. A young man by the name Adrian came and helped me out, answered all my questions about cars. I might of not left with a car, but I did leave a lot more aware and satisfied with my experience. I plan on returning for a future purchase.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but our experience with these two dealerships has been unbelievably frustrating. My wife purchased a nearly $80,000 Jeep, and the engine failed at just a little over 20k miles. Since then, both Lithia Jeep in Ontario, Oregon and Auto Ranch Jeep in Mountain Home, Idaho have been impossible to work with. For weeks, we’ve been told someone would call us back.
