This review is strictly for the service department. If I could leave zero stars I would. Horrible communication and subpar work. My wife's Jeep has been in there 10 or so times over the last year for an issue that they "couldn't figure out". After an unnecessary amount of back and forth from Caldwell to Ontario, they finally determined that there was an issue with the lifters and camshaft. After a few trips looking for a newer car with our daughter to get her 1st car after college, and new career. Jesse was patient and listened to her needs. The finance manager did his job and was nice and explained everything to her.
This service department should be RECEIVING THE TOP AWARDS FOR JEEP! Not only are they extremely good at consistently providing communication but the mechanics are genuinely some of the best I’ve met in the 30 years I’ve been in the industry. They are my favorite service provider I’ve worked with and I plan to continue bringing my business here even if it is a 200 mile drive!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged 184 for nothing. They couldn’t turn the car on so the said it needed a new starter. Fair enough. I called my warranty company and spoke to them before hand, I asked how much they covered hourly and what to expect. Thank god I did Manager Seth Hicks tried to lie to me over the phone that my warranty company only covered 100 an hour! When in reality it is 170.
