This service department should be RECEIVING THE TOP AWARDS FOR JEEP! Not only are they extremely good at consistently providing communication but the mechanics are genuinely some of the best I’ve met in the 30 years I’ve been in the industry. They are my favorite service provider I’ve worked with and I plan to continue bringing my business here even if it is a 200 mile drive!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. I was charged 184 for nothing. They couldn’t turn the car on so the said it needed a new starter. Fair enough. I called my warranty company and spoke to them before hand, I asked how much they covered hourly and what to expect. Thank god I did Manager Seth Hicks tried to lie to me over the phone that my warranty company only covered 100 an hour! When in reality it is 170. I had a terrible experience with this Dodge dealership from start to finish. They showed me a “new” vehicle that already had a flat tire sitting on the lot, which should have been my first warning sign. The sales manager confidently told me they could get me financed at 6.9%, had me complete a credit application, and then communication completely disappeared afterward.
