On Monday, February 9, 8:30 AM I took my Ford F350 super duty diesel in for a full service and in an inspection they informed me there was leaks and things that needed to be fixed on the pick up so on February 9 2:30 in the afternoon I checked it in for those repairs to be made on Wednesday, February 11. Drove passed their lot and saw a ford expedition that caught my eye. We looked it up online and filled out their preset to continue viewing the pictures. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a salesman, we spoke and I informed him that we aren’t even sure on a make of vehicle yet and are doing research so we are not directly interested. Matt the sales manager took good care of me
I’ve called twice and requested a sales manager call me back!!!!! I canceled my service contract in October and haven’t received a refund that’s over three months would love a call or a email or shoot the check would be nice!!!!! The sales man I had is a stud the manager I dealt with when I bought was awsome but to date things are not looking great thanks
