avoid OATC at all cost they cancelled my script after me signing a letter for a release for my lawyer because they cannot send my scripts to shoppers and then they close. This is a major issue. They don’t understand they’re playing with people’s livelihoods. I understand they Are just there for a paycheque however we are going there to change and save our lives and they treat us like garbage and belittle us. The Dunn street and Drummond OATC clinic in Niagara falls is run by a bunch of hard working, respectful, humans. Have respect for them, even if you don't respect yourself. I wouldn't be alive and well if it wasn't for this team. Especially Jenn.
Yesterday bc off illness the nurse was not available. I called head off and Kourtney immediately jumped into action and solved the problem. It’s staff like Kourtney that makes the sober journey just a little easier. I highly recommend CATC
I go to the alliston methadone clinic and I went to get my dose this Friday and the ladies behind the counter had 2 bottles of crown royal sitting out for all to see!!!! how disgusting and disrespectful to have that stuff in a place where people come to get clean!!!! I do not care if they got it as a Christmas gift that stuff should NOT be in a place like this I took pictures of it i tried calling head office but no answer can someone reach out to me
