I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The On Spot Dermatology bus was very convenient to my work and the excellent staff identified an area of concern and took a biopsy. I had a follow up appointment to remove more of the area and again, the Staff was wonderful. Today, I was surprised to get a follow up call to see how I was doing. This is an excellent organization and the staff is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend On Spot Dermatology.
I had an appt today. Same thing occurred for me. My referral was accepted but apparently On Spot and my PCP failed to get the authorization. I was not seen. Why did this occur on the date of service. Again, Chaos around insurance. This organization needs to tighten up their processes. Very disappointed.
Not a good vendor. We are called to confirmed for our appointment. On the date of service turned away as you don't accept our coverage. After 2 hours we confirmed our insurance is accepted. Why such chaos on the date of service
