I didn’t have a good experience with them! I am having issues with my apartment and I sent another email after weeks waiting for them to answer... The manager called me back and she wasn’t professional at all. She didn’t let me speak, cutting me off all the time, so I asked her if I could finish my sentences before she say something... I have never worked with more incompetent, unprepared, or unresponsive people in my entire time of renting apartments. If you have to with with Nick Kraemer and/or Michial Arnold, I suggest you immediately leave any property they are in charge of and find alternative housing. It begins with the landlord Michial Arnold, who is un responsive, unorganized, and unable to tell the difference between tenants and property managers sending confusing message to the incorrect people.
