Richard answered right away and came over the next day for a washing machine that kept being thrown off balance during a spin cycle. He recalibrated the washer and it’s now working good as new. I’m very happy with the service, results, and cost.
I had issues with my dryer and I called Onsite Appliances. Anthony came and found out what the issue was, ordered the part and fixed it. BAM, problem solved. I found out that it was a timer issue and now my dryer is back working. I appreciate the service. Anthony was very nice and very quick with his job. I would recommend this service.

Timely service estimated cost was more then half the cost of a new washer to replace my 9 year old washer. The service call was $95 which I had no issue with the part he quoted was $100 I looked it up on line and Amazon sold new OEM part for $33 and the labor to install it would be the difference and it was $155 for installation time on line of less then 20 minutes.
Stephan did an amazing job! Quick, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!
