When my computer all of a sudden shut down and wouldn’t restart, I knew I was in trouble! I used AI to find someone who could help and found Onsite Action. Ricky Ibarra quickly arrived and identified the problems, assuring me that I hadn’t lost all my data. I was lucky…the issue was software problems, not hardware. Lesson I learned? One….backup everything to the cloud. Two…don’t use third-party software for driver updates! Let Windows take care of updates. Thanks Ricky…you were a life-saver!
