My son received braces there! They are very patient & caring! Dr. Dubiner sat with me & explained the entire procedure. He didn’t want me to have any doubts about my son getting braces. Lora thoroughly discussed the payment plan. She made sure I didn’t have any doubts about paying. They are great about sending reminders by texts or emails to confirm our upcoming appointments. I called for a consultation for my daughter. They got us in the very next day! They were very nice and helpful and explained everything in detail.
Our son, Triston Nolen, just had his braces put on, and I've got to say it was a great experience for all of us. They explained everything they were doing, and everything we could expect clearly, and accurately. While no teen wants to go through this, they did put him at ease, and showed him how to maintain his teeth during the process. The entire staff was very professional, while being friendly throughout the process. We happily recommend them to anyone needing care!
This was our daughter's second orthodontic consultation, and we have a winner here! We had exceptional service from the moment we called to make our appointment with receptionist, Ms Lora, who was very nice and helpful. As soon as we walked through the front door, things appeared clean and the staff were welcoming and prompt (no delays with appointment time here *WOW!*). They addressed all of our questions and concerns and they offered different payment options that were very reasonable!
My son has been a patient of Onshore Orthodontics for almost six months, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The doctors and office staff are wonderful!!!
