I arrived at this urgent care location at 5:28 PM with my child, well before their listed closing time of 6 PM, only to find the doors already locked. The receptionist initially ignored us standing at the door and only came over after we knocked multiple times. She then told us they had already taken their last patient for the day. This was never mentioned when I called earlier to confirm their hours—they simply stated they closed at 6 PM. came there from work ! directly no problems at all . nurse saw me understood my symptoms and helped me understand was in n out 30 mins .
Waited 3 hrs as a walk-in (I was there at 8am when it opened) all other walk -ins were taking before me I was only taken back when I asked for my money back (stating is the co pay refundable) the receptionist then jumped and shook her head no and said I was just about to call you mind you she never once got up at all to assist the other walk ins I WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT IN PAIN I would've been better off (time wise) going to the e.r.
