Front desk person was unprofessional and rude. The nurse was the nicest person there today. The doctor didn’t give my sick child medication and said he should be better in a week. Did not appear to be thorough. Made an appointment and had to wait an hour after appointment time to go to back. People with no appointments went before us. What is the point of having an appointment and still waiting an hour.usually the staff is great but not today nor was the service
Didn’t even get a chance to see anyone!!! Made an appointment online and wasn’t contacted outside of an email confirming my appointment. ONLY to arrive at the appointment DAYS later and be told that I need to call my appointment in so they can get paperwork together. How convenient is that?? First time I went they did not even try and diagnose me and just made a guess leading to a misdiagnosis. The symptoms got way worse within the following day and I called them to notify them. They agreed that they had misdiagnosed it and asked me to come back in “free of charge” to which they again misdiagnosed me and gave me a shot that was not at all helpful for the issue. I arrived at this urgent care location at 5:28 PM with my child, well before their listed closing time of 6 PM, only to find the doors already locked. The receptionist initially ignored us standing at the door and only came over after we knocked multiple times. She then told us they had already taken their last patient for the day. This was never mentioned when I called earlier to confirm their hours—they simply stated they closed at 6 PM.
