I have been going to One Point Care for a couple of years now I have always been treated with the upmost kindness and friendliness that you could expect from anyone. They’ve always treated me with kindness and patience willing to listen to what I had to say I want to thank them very much for their kindness and concern
I have been a patient with On Point for 3years now. All staff is very helpful, nice and professional. The nurse will return your call expeditiously and respond to concerns. I also like how I can call for an appointment and be seen the same day. Paula Sayson is very nice and cares about your concerns on your overall health. I highly recommend On Point Stage Rd.
My elderly mother went to them on a Friday at 12pm at their Bartlett office. They do not do chest xrays (CXR) there so they sent her (mid-work up) ACROSS TOWN to the Flinn clinic on 2120 S. Germantown Road to get the CXR however the Flinn clinic was CLOSED! She was stranded there, sick because On Pointe is DUMB enough to not even keep this detail straight. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay for stupidity.
My family and I have been going to OnPointe Care for primary care since the Bartlett office opened. The providers are fine but they tend to change frequently. We rarely see the same one twice. They require 3 month follow-up appointments for med refills but then have no idea what you are taking or why. One provider tells you to come in for lab work then the next provider asks you "what for?" (I don't know. That's what charts are for.) I love Paula Sayson because she listens to you needs and she tries her best to make sure she gives generic prescriptions if she can to help keep my med cost down
