I hate when a company says they close at 1 time but close a hr early. I got to this location at at 5:14 . The lady informs me that they stop accepting patients at 5. ... sooo.. yall close at 5... since yall will not accept the public after 5. I'm watching the staff leaving smh. Yea you should just change the hrs to 5... that is more accurate because there is no sign online or on the building that informs the public that the last hrs doesn't actually count.

I love the medical staff at OnPointe Bartlett and two of the ladies that work the front desk are very sweet as well. However, there is one lady who might possibly be the rudest human being I have ever met. She has no people skills and is extremely rude and unprofessional ever time I have to interact with her. Today she screamed at me when I opened the door that she wasn't taking walk-ins. They let you make an appointment, but it doesn’t matter because you’ll still wait an hour to be called back, and the lady at the front desk has the worst attitude and will give you dirty looks if you even try to politely ask how long until you go back.

This was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no interest in assisting or answering questions. When I spoke to her, she avoided eye contact and appeared disengaged, even scratching her chin as if she found the interaction bothersome. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
