came there from work ! directly no problems at all . nurse saw me understood my symptoms and helped me understand was in n out 30 mins .
Waited 3 hrs as a walk-in (I was there at 8am when it opened) all other walk -ins were taking before me I was only taken back when I asked for my money back (stating is the co pay refundable) the receptionist then jumped and shook her head no and said I was just about to call you mind you she never once got up at all to assist the other walk ins I WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT IN PAIN I would've been better off (time wise) going to the e.r. FRONT OF DOC OFFICE HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE P.S. they didn't even provide me any paperwor... read more
