This was my 6 visit to on pointe care made Dr palua my PCP so far so good such a wonderful experience such professional talk with Paula sayson about my issues seems I might be on the way to being able to walk again and shots out to my intern nakeisha she was and helpful and my ms shandrika was a gem also and of of course Dr paula explained to me what was happening and how were going to proceed I appreciate that from her and her staff thank every single one of them and the wonderful amber always OnPointe and the other nice la... read more
Staff is always friendly and thorough. I appreciate I can walk in and be seen.
Had one appointment the GP was rude cant remember her name. She put me on blood pressure meds and checked my blood work never got back to me never scheduled a follow up to over results. Fast forward-insurance ended.... no job right now to get insurance back and I try to refill my prescription and the GP denied my refill. It only shows they care about profit and not quality in their patients.
Best urgent care team in Bartlett. The doctor knew exactly what was with me. Still a little sore from coughing but I do feel better than yesterday
