When you need to get ahold of him you got to go through a call center and then they say somebody's on the phone and then you get hung up on and then you can't get anyone back on the phone. No customer service
Everything about their online process it’s ridiculous and a waste of time. nothing about it is easy or straightforward and then it will fail you for the security questions It makes up that have nothing to do with you and are basically just random trivia questions. Since the recent update to OnPoint's mortgage interface, transactions now take 2-4 business days to appear in the transaction ledger, previously, they were immediate. This lack of real-time visibility is unacceptable in 2025. Additionally, the new third-party mortgage platform is clunky and cluttered with redundancy and appears focused more on upselling mortgage services than providing usable data or a functional user experience.
