We woke up this morning to a leak on our pressure valve and water was all over the garage. Steven was here within the hour of calling. He was very professional, explained everything that needed to be done in layman's terms, and gave us a quote so we knew what the price would be up front. We are extremely happy with the results. Only Plumbing has been to my house twice today, and they will be back again tomorrow. The job is not done yet, but I just have to brag on Steven. If you’re looking for a professional plumbing company BEWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they will miss your appointment not once but TWICE when you call to find out why your appointment was missed they get upset with you, tell you to find someone else and hang up the phone on you would NEVER recommend this company.
pressure valve was leaking on my water heater. Nathan with Only Plumbing came out this afternoon. He checked the water pressure in 3 locations and said the water pressure was almost double what it should be. He replaced the pressure regulator where the water was coming into the house. So far no leakage from my pressure valve on my water heater so looks like we are good to go. Second time I've used these guys and have been pleased.
