I renewed my pass for the year early. I bought a new car with 30 days of the renewal start date and was forced to purchase a new pass for the year because they don't transfer the passes, and it was passed 30 days from the purchase date. in other words, I was penalized for renewing early. The customer service is terrible, and they do not answer questions on weekends.
For a company with "online" in their name, they they should have a way better site. The website hardly works. It crashes on mobile, and the app is management only. Their shitty parking restrictions make it imposible for you to trasnfer a guest pass to another person in the same day. It's a gross money grab.
Hate this company. My apartment building used to have a simple system for guest parking. Now we have to log in to this stupid website to register a guest's car every time. And their retarded website doesn't even work. The login button doesn't do anything. It doesn't work on Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
