Great indoor movie equipment
OT did a terrific job of wiring our house during construction, and then setting the TV and audio system up after. They're very knowledgeable and dependable.
Called on 5/22/19 for a bid to install residential surround sound. They stated a installer would need to see it and then they would call me on 5/29/19 with the quote. The installer looked at my house and said I would hear something next week. On 6/3/19, I still haven't received a call so called them for a update. I was transferred to Steven who for the first time told me they don't do residential surround sounds installs and that my job was too small. Poor customer service and communication !!!!!!!!
