Absolutely horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for a tow, was told numerous times the drivers would be there within an hour or so, and never came. I attached my full review below.
They were given our job through State Farm and they committed to be there in 90 minutes. The dispatcher hung up on me twice and it's been 2 1/2 hours and no driver and no updates.
RecommendedI would highly recommend online south towing. I had experienced having 2 flat tires later in the evening, and Kayla helped me relocate my car to Northern VA. She had great customer service and helped me get to my destination in a timely manner
Called for a tow today and the guy shows and is very professional. I would defiantly recommend them for your towing needs. Great prices and great customer service.
Lewis was real professional and squared me away
Fast response anytime. Called them for a tow at 9pm they picked me up within 30 mins! Every other company in town it was a 2 hour wait. Cheapest rate in town as well. Very approachable and nice people, wasn't nervous hitching a ride back with the tow man! I'd recommend them to anyone.
