I have only had excellent service with the staff here. They have taken their time with me and been very helpful with issues, going out of their way to resolve trade-ins and not over selling me gadgets. Even though I was disappointed that my liquid screen protector cracked in 4 months when I was led to believe it would be super strong, I am disappointed in the product, not the staff. As a health care facility we needed a service for our online presence for more of the community to learn of us and our services. We have used on “line review Mgt.” for several months now and have found it to be simple, easy, and even fun for our patients to receive requests for reviews and leave reviews on multiple sites (google, health grades, Facebook) with just a click and they are there which makes leaving reviews that much easier.
