I agree with another reviewer: Mindy truly was and is the one shining light throughout my whole ordeal. She genuinely cares about each and every person in her groups, and it shows! (She also knows more about the ins and outs of the legal and DMV systems than anyone else I’ve met.) She encourages questions, and I left each session with at least one new piece of knowledge, as well as something to think about until the next group meeting. I highly recommend this practice!
WOW, I have never been talked down to like I couldn't tie my own shoe the lady was not only rude but felt like she was doing me a favor by giving me information to attend a class I had explained to her that this isn't for me and I'm trying to get some enrollment information and she was so concerned on how she going to get paid that she lost her patient with me and said " I'm done. Incredibly professional and comfortable office. Mindy has made this process very easy and straight-forward. She clearly cares about each one of us and does everything she can to set us up for success from day one. Highly recommended!!
