Online Information Services reported a debt to ********** credit agency with no evidence to support the claim. I am dissatisfied with the action of this company as well as the company who put me in collections as this debt was covered by my medical insurance company. The concerning part is that my medical insurance covered the bill, however, "Online Information Services" is billing me the remaining balance which goes against the agreement made with the health insurance agreement.

Upon pulling a detailed credit report while gearing up to buy a home I was surprised to find an open collection. The account in question was from 2012 in the amount of $119 that was owed to a utilities provider. While questioning this agency about their attempts to contact me regarding the my account they communicated that invoices were sent and multiple phone calls were made to make me aware of the debt.
