Was a victim of identity theft. Sent police report to both Online Information Services Inc and original company. Online Information Services Inc still showed up on my credit report.

I paid to this collections agency but they never updated my record on my credit file and did not remove from collections. The people answering the phone are super rude. They don't care about us or about their job. Probably they're bunch of people who are not even getting paid. There's a manager called***** and he never answers the calls. He's like a ghost manager. They keep calling my number for someone I don't know. I have told them I don't know this person and to stop calling. I am on the do not call list. They won"t tell me why they are calling because I don't know the person they are looking for.

This company called me to tell me a medical bill had been placed over for collection saying my insurance company denied it - I was never notified of it so called my insurance company and they had never received a claim for this. They gave this company the billing information AGIAN (they had given it in Nov) to no avail. Liars and thieves. Do NOT trust this company. They will lie to you and rob you. They will also ask for your social security number. Do not trust these thieves. Most ignorant people and company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lie about what they say they are going to do and won't do anything to correct their mistakes and lies.

Cant give these guys money! Will not answer or return phone calls. I had to contact the original creditor to get debt settled. They have still yet to remove entry or update my credit report.

I've been contacted twice by Online Info Svcs regarding a supposed outstanding medical bill. In reviewing my billing from that medical provider, I've never received a bill from them. Further, I was covered by ******* at the time and should not have even incurred any medical expenses. I've asked for a copy of the bill to be mailed to me since Online Info Svcs appears to have my address and have never received a copy of this billing.
