Out of the blue, this company put a negative report on my credit record that was incorrect, inaccurate, and bogus. No call. No mail. Nothing. The communication was horrid. When I called, (after having disputed the false assertion to Experian, Transunion, and Equifax and having the credit bureaus agree and all three delete the fake negative report from my record), they could not have been bothered to even apologize for the awful communication, and the alarm they caused --- with NO PRIOR ATTEMPT AT CONTACT WITH ME. The previous 2 reviews from Smoke and Sarah were exactly my experience. Filed a complaint to the CFPB, got sent a snarky response trying to trick me into "investigating my claim" that the debt was not mine by sending them lease info, personal ID and a police affidavit for identity theft (which they would, in turn, take and use to harass me further). Scammers like these bottom-feeders buy old debt for pennies on the dollar right a few years before it drops off your credit report anyway. Don't report to the BBB, the CFPB is th... read more

I have tried talking to them and they refuse to properly identify who they are. It is probably a scam. They only have ratchet females answering the phone.
