Put an almost 7 year old debt on my credit report and labeled it as only one year old. Haven't even had that utility provider since I moved back in July 2015. Pretty sure that is not legal. Will be taking action.

Do you notice that they leave the same canned answer after every complaint? That's because they could not care less. This is the worst collection agency I've ever dealt with. They are a scam. I paid off my bill in September and they told me it would be removed on 10 October. It is now 1 December and it's still there. I've called and called, been sworn at, hung up on, laughed at and had someone tell me to shut my white mouth up. No one cares. After receiving letter called them on several occasions to get specific info since I was unaware of the bill. They sent a letter with only the amount no specifics with a telephone# that goes to voicemail that you can't leave a message. Called them back and the representative only suggestion was to pay the amount without knowing what it was for. Then she hung up on me and when I tried calling back would not answer the phone

They have just sent a collection letter to my mom-in-law for services that are dated as June 1st .... she was dead a couple of months before that date so 1. it's not her debt and 2. her being dead makes it unlikely they will ever get paid ..... as far as we know she hasn't done anything at all since her death

These people have a scam. They sent you a bill from collections that you never received. After all bills were either paid or settled these scammers show up with a $515 bill from who knows where. Everyone billed our insurance and I received a EOB. They can put it in collections all they want I will write them amd explain the scam.

I got a collections notice from Online Information Services from a utility company that was over a year old. I confirmed with the utility company that the bill had been paid a year prior. I called and left a message with Online Information Services twice as I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I advised them that it had already been paid a year ago and even left them the confirmation number for the payment. A month after that I get a notice on my credit reports that Online Information Services still listed it in coll... read more

Absolute the RUDEST person, *******. Reading from the script, told me he'd hang up on me. Son was not even staying in his UF apartment because of covid. Trying to make us pay for a month AFTER he moved out. They are thieves!

This company has hired RUDE CSR EXCEPT for MR. *******. I called in to find out why I had a 100.00 in collection bc I pulled my credit report. Now mind you, I called them. The first man said well if you would keep up with your bills " Excuse me. I said to him I do not wish to speak with anyone rude I called in to find out why I had this on my report.
