So i have bought a vehicle from here before and had a perfectly fine experience. Came back for another specialty van, went through few days of financing and was never asked to leave a deposit. Find out I’m approved and am told to get insurance sent over and we will schedule a date for pick up or delivery etc. this morning get an email that says since i did not put a deposit the owner wouldn’t hold the van and someone came and put a 50% deposit so they sold it.frustrated , i call and talk to management and they even say “ we ... read more

Dealt with Jim. Prior to me coming down, we had everything aligned. Coming from Redford Township, drove all the way over to location to test drive and fill out paperwork. During the paperwork process, Jim snatched up the paperwork as we were filling out and placing the necessary information down. Told that was all he needed in which was inaccurate because a lot of details were left off. My father came along as well, he picked up on the same thing as me. That Jim didn't like our kind too much.
