So i have bought a vehicle from here before and had a perfectly fine experience. Came back for another specialty van, went through few days of financing and was never asked to leave a deposit. Dealt with Jim. Prior to me coming down, we had everything aligned. Coming from Redford Township, drove all the way over to location to test drive and fill out paperwork. During the paperwork process, Jim snatched up the paperwork as we were filling out and placing the necessary information down. I strongly encourage you to read this entire review. I found online auto while shopping for transit vans. They had better selection and pricing than any dealer i could find by a landslide. I worked with Mitchel. He’s incredible. I texted him at 9am on a van they didn’t even have posted yet. He had it ready for me to test drive by 2pm and answered all of my questions knowledgeably and transparently. He read me as a buyer perfectly and gave me exactly what I needed.
