I had inquired about a vehicle that OnLine auto had a couple of years ago and didn't end up buying it. I kept getting promotional emails from them. I unsubscribed couple days later I started getting promotional emails again. I sent them an email requesting to be removed from the email list, after a couple weeks they removed me from the list. I bought a Ford cube truck from online auto late 2025. 18k miles on it. Its a 2024 model. Sold as 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. The sales man never disclosed the warranty was up in 2 months. Went to the dealer for a new battery because i figured it was still under factory warranty. They told me warranty was over. I should have done my homework. Kind of misleading.I called and told them the salesman never told me this. They never replied. Lesson learned.
Was shopping for a work van and stopped into look at vans. In less than 1 hour total I drove off in my new van. Easy and straightforward! Came highly recommended by a local repair shop they work with.
Bought a truck 7 years ago, was great. I've tried to unsubscribe from their marketing emails for 7 years, not so great. If I have to be pestered for 7 years and they won't stop, I would have to say I don't reccomend them.
