Dealt with Jim. Prior to me coming down, we had everything aligned. Coming from Redford Township, drove all the way over to location to test drive and fill out paperwork. During the paperwork process, Jim snatched up the paperwork as we were filling out and placing the necessary information down. I strongly encourage you to read this entire review. I found online auto while shopping for transit vans. They had better selection and pricing than any dealer i could find by a landslide. I worked with Mitchel. He’s incredible. I texted him at 9am on a van they didn’t even have posted yet. Judgmental! Very behind on the times of how to execute day to day business within a dealorship. For example; there is a 70 year old woman that is the Sales manager and General manager. The owner has an unnatural alliance to being defensive and he doesn’t seam to feel remorse for his behavior. Best of luck to this dealorship once it is in the hands of a new owner and management team.
