RUNNNN!!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Oni Nail Salon. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming, they were dismissive and had a bad attitude the entire time. The situation started because my girlfriend was simply asking for a refund, which should have been handled calmly and professionally. I booked appointment online and made a down payment then when I came in they said they don’t have these services when I asked for a refund they kicked me out of the salon saying I was yelling and accusing me treating a 80 year old man bad all I was asking for was a refund and to speak to the manager. Then they kicked me out of the store and told me to call the police while they were in my face yelling . I would not do business with them!!
