All the stars for Annah!! Car dealerships make me want to die inside. Car salespeople exhaust me to my core. But not Annah. She listened, she educated, she gave me space. She didn’t talk at me until my eyes glazed over, she didn’t pressure. She sold me by just being a genuinely good person who is great at her job. We all deserve to buy a car from someone like that. And guess what? I did! She sent me on my way in a new Taos I didn’t even know I wanted. Keep her around Onion Creek VW- she’s a good one.
I was helped by Lance when I went in to buy my car, and he was super friendly and helpful! He made the whole process easy and made me feel confident I was buying from the right company. I’d definitely recommend and would come back again!
I recently attempted to purchase a Kia Telluride and was extremely put off by the General Manager, Lance. I was told he was new to the company, but his behavior was extremely unprofessional and, frankly, a bit hostile. He made several unnecessary comments about whether I could actually pay for the car — all because I was using a check but little did he know the check was even from their preferred bank! I Been Calling the Service Department! Spoke to joseph. Left multiple messages. Still No Call back. My Suv was in their Shop for my Air Conditioner for about 2 weeks! Then I get it back same issue goes Hot air. Been trying to come back so they could fix the issue. I will try a different location. Worst Customer Service here in Austin...
