this organization comes into Wapakoneta Manor to care for certain things, such as ear cleaning for residents. my dear mother in law was victim to their "assistance". rather than do an ear wash they cleaned my mother in law's ear by digging it out. she complained of it being very painful and the person doing the cleaning was in a hurry. as a result my mother in law awoke the next morning to a pillow full of blood. we are looking into this further in regard to her health and well being and at the possibility of legal action fo... read more
