I had such a great experience with Wendy at Ongoing Renewal! I originally met her at an event where she was offering chair massages, and it was honestly one of the BEST chair massages I’ve ever received—which convinced me to book a full session with her. I have had neck pain for the last 3 months and I could not figure out why. I had 1 session and my neck feels amazing. I had my doubts going into it, but after the deep tissue massage and the knowledge of my therapist I feel amazing. I will definitely be coming back if any new issues arise.
Had reflexology done by Wendy,really enjoyed it and will be going back.Also learned a lot about scar tissue.Very relaxing.They have a lot of different options.

Wendy is by far the best massage therapist I've ever used & I have used a few in my 17years of weight lifting. After the first sessions I was 85% better and the second session 100% better after a severely pinched nerve near my shoulder blade. I recommend Wendy to anyone and everyone.
