Nice, simple & conveniently located apartments in downtown portland
This place is not a good recommendation at all. Me and my partner moved into an apartment here with an oven that didn't work. Shattered glass on the windowsills and a heater that is so dusty it is becoming a fire hazard. I have a service animal with me and there is open rust on the windows that don't even close all the way. The management here is non existent and is never in the office. We've had packages stolen and the washer and dryer units have taken my money for not working at least 10 times now.
