Quick service, excellent troubleshooting skills AND returns messages.
Not only did Jamie get my computer in immediately, recover everything I feared I’d lost, get it back to me within 30 minutes, and offer a ton of helpful suggestions free of charge but he charged me a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere ($34 vs. the $150). So grateful! Highly recommended!!

went in with a dying keyboard on Friday afternoon, part was ordered the same day and installed on Monday morning. Price was exactly the same as the estimate. To get an estimate from Staples I would have been charged $60 and my laptop would have been shipped to Vancouver just to diagnose the problem first. Way to go OnGeek!!
