Long overdue review! We've purchased 2 vehicles from Oleg, and have put about 150,000+ miles on them collectively; with zero issues. My Prius V was totaled again a couple of years after buying it from ONG, thanks to someone running a red light. Oleg fixed it right up. I've put about 40,000 miles on it since he fixed it again, and have had no issues with the car at all. What a great experience we’ve had at ONG Auto. They exceeded our expectations. Three years ago we purchased a prior salvaged Toyota Sienna. It’s been a great vehicle without any issues. Around the three year mark we ran into a few minor issues. We took it to Toyota Dealership to figure out the issue and after a ridiculous quote on repairs we took it back to ONG Auto to get their input and Oleg and David fixed the van on the spot saving us a lot of money. Oleg at ONG Auto is the best! I had a buddy of mine who is an insurance adjuster take a look at the work they did to fix the vehicle and he gave it the green light. Have had a couple of minor issues with my vehicle since I purchased it and Oleg took care of them. Would definitely consider him first on my next purchase, which will hopefully be something cooler than a mini van, but what can I say? My wife told me we couldn't strap the kids to the roof of a hotrod.
Oleg...what a great guy! He's trustworthy, honest, and patient. He always has time to explain the work he's put into (or will put into) a vehicle prior to selling. Full disclosure. He wants to do right by everyone. We came in needing to sell a 4Runner prior to buying, but needed to replace a side mirror and rear wiper arm. Within minutes he starts taking apart the vehicle to see about fixing our problem. Our problem became his problem, so he went about fixing it with no guarantee of our business.
