At every location I have been to everyone is really nice and friendly and they actually care.
one world West Omaha has the worst front desk service I've ever experienced! Nobody answers the phone half the time, but when they do they will rush you, or put you on hold and HANG UP ON YOU. The ladies are rude in person to making you feel judged and being snarky. I've only had a good experience with one person at the front desk all others are terrible people. The nurses have always been awesome however but if you don't want the hassle and don't like being judged by the front desk, then I'd suggest finding a different loca... read more

I love One World! I started going when I didn't make a lot of money and then I went to 2 private practices and didn't like either. I am back at One World. The staff and dentists are do friendly and they really care about their patients. And did I mention the equipment is top quality and up to date!!
