I am still waiting on a call about scheduling X-rays which I expected to receive yesterday. Also spoke with COO, Joel D. who said someone would be calling me back as well about my concerns. Still waiting for that call too. Still in pain and very frustrated.
RecommendedAs a new patient, the onboarding at the front desk was quick and easy. Mitzi Infante-Magaña, PA was awesome. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She performed my annual physical and also looked at my knee that was sore from the gym. Thankfully it wasn’t a serious injury, but she recommended that I partner with my coach about some specific stretches and exercises. I really appreciated her problem-solving. I went to OneWorld when I didn't have insurance, and I have continued to visit OneWorld ever since for any medical/emotional needs. I love the services they provide with friendly Drs and staff.
I was lucky enough to be recommended to see the midwives at One World and am so grateful each of my 4 pregnancies add and births were all with this dedicated team. I felt so very well taken care of and enjoyed how personalized my care was.

The staff at One World West is amazing!! They made sure I was fully taken care of!! They are so caring and awesome! I always recommend you guys!! Your services are amazing!! They are also really good at not only explaining every step but also are good at keeping a conversation to keep you distracted while undergoing some intense procedures. Keep it up guys!!
