DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS BANK. They took over all the loans from Boston Private when the latter went bankrupt last year. First Citizen's electronic platform/tech is so bad, that I can no longer schedule or make a single loan payments. Instead, I have to call in by phone every month and do it manually. It takes 20-30 minutes each time. This has been going on for MONTHS.
Hard to follow the good directions, and when I did, google navigator took me into what looks like an industrial park from the street and right to the door. First time to the new office. Great service got me set up w. what I had had trouble with when the new software went in. Stress-free.
First citizens bank has terrible service and they charge you for everything.
