Our family has banked with One West / La Jolla for almost 30 years. The management and staff have been exceptional and went more than half way to avoid or resolve issues. They have bent over backwards to help both us personally and our company in complex transactions. In a world of robot banking One West in Escondido is a standout, better alternative. I've been a customer there for several years. Each of the employees knows me by name and I get great service. It's that kind of small bank customer service that I like. They are always courteous and the savings rates are good as well. Highly recommended!
