Service tech arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend ONEWAY HVAC and will use them for any future repairs I need.
One Way is the Only Way. Two summers ago they replaced our OLD unit and split into upstairs/downstairs units. I think it's nearly paid for itself already. They are truly an outstanding Christian company.
Following Facebook reviews I decided to give One Way a try. Left FB need last night. Their office contacted me this morning to set up a service call this afternoon. Toby was prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was fully explained to my satisfaction. One Way is now my go to when I need HVAC service.
My husband called them this morning, on the 4th of July. Julio and son fixed our a/c in less than an hour. Very respectful young men. Great customer service, Great price. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
So Our AC broke tonight and my husband insisted on fixing it himself since he knew what was wrong "the Capacitor had went out". We called everyone listed on our neighborhood page, not going to the list all the names of companies but either they didn't answer the phone, or would not sell us the part directly unless they came and charged us labor and installed it, or wanted a 700% mark up just for a 15.00 part. Erazmo was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed 2 AC units and got them up in running in no time. Prices are good for this level of service. Bosworth doesnt hold a candle to Oneway.
