My A/C went out last night, I called at 8:00 to get someone out and by 9:30 Toby was here and fixing my A/C! He was polite, professional and fast! I will definitely recommend Oneway!
This company is AMAZING! Great customer service from the receptionist Yvonne, to the technicians that came came out. Alonzo was very good and squeezed us in as an emergency and had us up and running in about 1.5 hours! Highly recommend them.
I have had to call these guys twice in the past month and both times they have been out very quickly even on a weekend. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest about what they think is going on with the system. My family has owned an HVAC business for 70 years (7 hours away so I can’t call them to fix it!) so I’ve been exposed to the HVAC world and I’ve been very pleased with this company. As soon as my other house closes and all of that calms down I’ll be calling you to schedule a new system estimate and install.
I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses since buying my house. There have been numerous times when the job was complete I have felt cheated or robbed. After today’s response from OneWay and Alonzo I felt 100% satisfied. They were courteous and professional and even with an old unit they fixed me up when I know other companies wouldn’t have even tried. I will def recommend them to anyone who asks!!!
They are awesome!! Alonzo came out and checked our air conditioner and found the problem Right away! Explained everything! On top of that they had the part my air conditioner needed!I won’t be calling anyone other then them! Plus they came out the next day after calling them! Thank you so much!!
I’m so thankful for this wonderful HVAC company who takes care of their customers. Called on Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and they were still taking service calls and got my A/C back running and it’s nice and cold. Good prices and friendly technicians. Praying God continue to bless y’all.
