BEWARE! Run away from this contractor (One Stop Remodelling and TMK Remodelling). Jason Giusto and Ted Kelly (previous TMK Remodelling) are extremely hard to work with. Once you have paid the first installment you will be waiting for months for them to initiate even the planning. Ted had his company years back, and the rating you see on yelp and google no longer applies. He is essentially a middle man, he assigns you to Jason as the contractor. I would not give this company even one star but I can’t post if I don’t select one. A one room remodel started in April 2022 is still not completed October 2022. Several errors have been made such as taking down 4 walls instead of 1 as well as cutting a specially made mantle of reclaimed wood in half. The designer was great to work with and the work done is acceptable but the communication is horrible.
