This will be the second time I’ve used One Stop Plumber’s for a slab leak at our home in the last five months. Obviously this sort of thing isn’t cheap, but the guys were honest, professional and kept everything as clean as possible. The company also does a very good job in assisting with your insurance company, should you decide to go that route. Highly recommended.
We always use One Stop Plumbing for all our projects. Wade is an honest professional and has helped us on more than one occasion. He gives great advice on how to maintain our current plumbing too! Today it was nice to have a new kitchen faucet installed after our old finally gave up working right. We found a leak in the kitchen. When I called at 8:30am this morning we got an appointment for 10am-12pm same day. Ryan came out, quickly and very efficiently fixed our water leak while also explaining everything he was doing making sure we understood what he was doing and why along with making sure all costs were explained prior to starting any work. We've used this company before and very pleased with the service we have received :)
Overall experience with them was impressive. The customer rep was very responsive and spoke loud and clear. The technician was also flexible to adjust schedule on weekends to make sure to address customers request. Happy and satisfied with the service.
