I had an excellent experience with One Stop Plumber. My water heater kept shutting off, and Travis diagnosed the issue and replaced the parts immediately. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and Travis actually arrived a few hours earlier than my original appointment! What I liked most was that he already had the necessary parts on hand, so there was no waiting around—the repair was finished in no time. Travis was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend both Travis and One Stop Plumber!

We recently noticed a leak coming from one of the lines in our warehouse and came across One Stop Plumbers while searching online. Ryan was friend... read more

We had a great experience with Kyle the plumber and One Stop Plumbing as a whole! From the initial call with a real human and not a virtual receptionist it all was great. Received service same day and was even called for an earlier spot that cake available only an hour after my call. Kyle replaced the toilet fill valve quickly and efficiently, explained what was causing the issue, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. He was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home, and the pricing was fair... read more

From the moment I interacted with this company, they were amazing. First they have an easy to use website to schedule their service. I knew I wanted a plumber to come out at 5pm so it was helpful to see their availability and right away I saw that they had 4-6pm slot available. Then I got a confirmation by text of my appt. Then a real live person (Ashley) called me to get more info about what service we needed and I was able to tell her I might not be home until 5pm, so she notified her plumber. Communication was great and t... read more

Our water heater went out, and we were able to get a technician out for an inspection the very same day. Kyle was incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything that needed to be addressed and completed the job within just a few hours. We couldn't be happier with his work and highly recommend him!
