After 35 years of managing my 9 properties in the tristate area without questioning an invoice or posting a negative review, I feel as though I would be doing a disservice to other landlords if I don't warn them about this company. Because I live an hour away. I called this company to help me with a non emergent problem. The bathroom sink was dripping and the shutoff valves would not completely close to stop the drip.
