RecommendedSweetest docs and staff in town!
I made a post on FB but I will put it on here too. So I am very pickie about my physicians & I have not seen anyone but Dr. Troy Alderman until today. I would even go on sick until he was available. I came in to see Ms. Cindy, one of the NPs, yesterday afternoon. I highly recommend Ms. Cindy personally, but I do not recommend OneSource due to its office staff which was extremely rude and short with me, particularly Carey McCarty. I saw Ms. Cindy yesterday afternoon and called today to ask her to call in some medication that she offered yesterday but that I didn’t feel was necessary yesterday. It's are very nice facility and the staff is awesome
Having worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years as a pharmacist, I can tell you that the staff and Doctors at OneSource set the standard for customer service and patient-centered care! My son needed an arm X-rays right away for a fall he had. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door, worked us in promptly, and did a great job of explaining the diagnosis and treatment regimen. Thank you Angel, Davis, Cindy, and your wonderful staff!
Melanie Yawn is the only one I see. She's great at what she does and listens to you.
