My agent used this company to fix my hot water unit. After the call-out, they suggested replacing the entire unit, which would cost me over $1,600—a huge fee. I also contacted Chromagen, and luckily, it was under warranty. They determined that it was just the flame rod in the unit. They fixed it by replacing it, which turned out to be a small job. We are so lucky to have Ones and Twos plumbing in Beaufort! Michelle is amazing! She is prompt to book us in whenever we need anything done. Communication is excellent and she keeps us updated on ordering parts and the progress of the job. Noel is highly competent and has completed a range of jobs for us including, installing two water tanks, solved all our leaking pipe issues under the house, fitted outdoor taps and fitted indoor sink taps.
