Really fantastic service from these guys! Michelle is so friendly and responds to calls and messages very quickly. Plumbers showed up exactly on time (7am! It was very cold) and got the job done quickly and professionally. I'm really grateful to everyone, probably would have been without hot water for a lot longer with anyone else!

My agent used this company to fix my hot water unit. After the call-out, they suggested replacing the entire unit, which would cost me over $1,600—a huge fee. I also contacted Chromagen, and luckily, it was under warranty. They determined that it was just the flame rod in the unit. They fixed it by replacing it, which turned out to be a small job.
