Do not recommend!!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience agent used them to repair a leak and loose screws on toilet, they removed the complete and otherwise working ceramic set up and replaced with a cheap flimsy plastic set up the lid does not stay closed and only one screw was holding tank to wall i called them back because it was leaking that same day came back to “fix” when i got home it was still leaking contacted michelle again and sent video in which i was then told i was lying and that wasnt the same toilet after clari... read more
This is absolutely unacceptable. Your customer service has been disastrous. I was told the roofer would arrive between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, so I took time off work and waited the entire day. No one showed up. When I contacted customer service around 4:00 pm, I was told the roofer was simply “delayed.” I continued to wait until 8:00 pm, and still no one came.
