Do not recommend!!!!!! Absolutely horrible experience agent used them to repair a leak and loose screws on toilet, they removed the complete and otherwise working ceramic set up and replaced with a cheap flimsy plastic set up the lid does not stay closed and only one screw was holding tank to wall i called them back because it was leaking that same day came back to “fix” when i got home it was still leaking contacted michelle again and sent video in which i was then told i was lying and that wasnt the same toilet after clari... read more
This is absolutely unacceptable. Your customer service has been disastrous. I was told the roofer would arrive between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, so I took time off work and waited the entire day. No one showed up. When I contacted customer service around 4:00 pm, I was told the roofer was simply “delayed.” I continued to wait until 8:00 pm, and still no one came. Really fantastic service from these guys! Michelle is so friendly and responds to calls and messages very quickly. Plumbers showed up exactly on time (7am! It was very cold) and got the job done quickly and professionally. I'm really grateful to everyone, probably would have been without hot water for a lot longer with anyone else!
So professional, knowledgeable and quick. Don't call anyone else!
