My fiance called and was promptly lured in giving her SSN. Right after she told me what happened I've instructed her that it was too soon to do that and because we are shopping lenders. She called in and withdraw the authorization to run credit but you company ignored it. Plus she was told it was a soft pull and your company ran a hard pull. I will fill file a complain with credit bureaus and I want people to know how your company tries to "lock in a client"
We just used Ray for our mortgage. I am self Employed and my wife is a disabled veteran. He was able to wade through all the paperwork we needed to submit and got us a loan at a very competitive rate. His Knowledge of the loan process kept us in the loop and upbeat through the whole process. We will certainly use him in the future.
