Worst business ethics and practices. I rented a place and the property manager guaranteed it was move in ready or will be. There were leaves and dead bugs on the floor. The yard wasn't done. And then, there was a television in the side yard. The property manager said that he will take care of it, but never did. We had to break the lease due to work, and we got stuck with the unkempt place and trash, which was complete lies. Unfortunately, if I could not do business with these people ever again, it would be too soon.
I would rather live in a cardboard box than ever deal with this company again. Some of the worst in the business and that’s being considerate!
Only thing Good about being with one prop was getting out! Also good to know it wasn’t just me. I see many others went through the exact same bs. I’ve rented numerous times from landlords that cared about their property but one prop only cared about money and then when they screwed you over it was nothing you can do after signing that lease.
