In the beginning everything seemed to be perfect. They shipped without any damage, quality seemed to be very good. The design team knew what they were doing to a T. Then, a couple months down the road the handles start coming off the cabinets and drawers. The first time it was a quick response and repair. Second time, there were a few emails and then nothing. Over the course of two companies, I've bought six lab benches from OnePointe. The last three custom tables I bought came with minimal instructions, costing us a lot of time trying to get support from the company and ultimately figuring things out on our own. Although the countertop had written instructions to use the supplied epoxy to secure the top, all three tabletops came lose (could push them off the frame) - we followed the instructions to a tee.
